USES

Sesame oil is rich in protein, linoleic acid and minerals (Zinc). The health benefits of sesame oil include its ability to improve hair and skin health, manage anxiety and depression, boost oral health and lower inflammation. In skin health, due to its Zinc content, sesame oil aids in improving skin texture. It can increase skin elasticity and smoothness helping to reduce the appearance of age spots and premature aging. Because of its antioxidant and sunscreen properties, it provides double protection from UV.

Sesame oil can be used for massage it is preferable use is for detoxifying the body through the skin and to calm depression. For oral health, try putting the oil in your mouth, swishing it around before spitting it out this process has been directly linked to whiter teeth and lower level of dental plaque.

SUGGESTED USE
For haircare, massage some warm sesame seed oil into your hair and scalp and it will nourish your hair and encourage new growth. For skincare, apply directly to facial skin before bed at night and wash it off in the morning, it will not only nourish and moisturize your skin but also help fight blemishes and keep your skin clear and fresh looking. For massage, warm the oil just as warm as tepid water. Apply in copious amounts on the skin and massage firmly. Keep the oil on the skin for about 15 - 30 minutes then wash it down with water. Applying sesame oil before or after swimming can leach out chlorine.
